Orders are packed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. We ship out daily at 3:00PM PST. Any orders received after 2:00PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Pickup orders require 24–48 hours to process. Please note that we are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Once your order is ready, it will be placed in our secure outdoor locker system for convenient, contactless pickup. You will receive a secondary email with your locker number and combination lock code — be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
