- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process after submission. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order is processed with the shipping details you selected.

- Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. When placing your order, you will be able to choose from standard, expedited, or international delivery. Prices and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location.
- International Shipping: EOL Skincare is pleased to offer international shipping. Please note that shipping times can vary significantly based on your geographic location and local customs processes. Additional charges may apply for international deliveries, and customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by their country’s customs.
- Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Our packages do not require a signature upon delivery, ensuring a smooth delivery process. Our shipping cut-off time is 2:00pm PST. If you place your order after 2:00pm, your order will be processed on the next business day.
- Tracking Your Order: After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order at your convenience.
Shipping Delays During Sales and Holiday Seasons
- Increased Volume: Please be aware that during our sale events and the holiday season, due to a high influx of orders, processing times may be extended. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these peak times.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customer Responsibility: It is crucial that you provide the correct shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
- Modifications: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change any details, including shipping information.
- Returns and Refunds: In the event that items are returned to our distribution center due to an incorrect address, they will undergo the full return process, and a refund will be issued accordingly.
DAMAGES
Essence of L Medi Spa Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with them directly.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and then proceed to contact support@essenceofl.com
