Essential Three: Cleanse with DAILY METHOD, then use the regular MELACLEAR pads and LYSINAMEL according to their product labels and your skincare professional’s guidance. Introduce each targeted product separately rather than starting both together. The available product pages do not specify a combined dosing schedule, so ask for guidance on frequency and layering. Add a moisturizer suited to your skin as needed and daytime SPF; neither is included in Essential Three.
Complete Five: Cleanse with DAILY METHOD. Use ALL CLEAR and LYSINAMEL according to their labels and your practitioner’s guidance, then moisturize with PUREMOIST. Use AHA REVEAL on clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye area, only as directed and tolerated. Not every product needs to be used in the same application. PUREMOIST also contains salicylic acid; ask for a suitable schedule if you are sensitive or already using retinoids, hydroquinone or other exfoliants.
Daytime protection: Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, following the sunscreen label for application and reapplication. SHADY BUSINESS SPF 44 is a separate add-on. AHA products can increase sun sensitivity: limit sun exposure and use protective clothing and sunscreen during use and for a week after stopping.
Patch test new products and stop if irritation develops. Ask a healthcare practitioner before using targeted treatments if pregnant or breastfeeding, treating a skin condition, or using prescription skincare. Avoid combining the two selections or adding further exfoliants without personalized advice.
